Our goal is to deliver a finished product, complete in every aspect and fully meeting our customers’ functional, aesthetic, and economic expectations.
With this in mind, we have set up a versatile and efficient assembly line consisting of 10 workstations which, depending on production requirements, can be used either fully or partially, in a sequential or stand-alone configuration.
The transfer of devices between workstations is handled by a sliding pallet system with product-specific fixtures, designed to facilitate assembly operations and minimize the cost of manual processes.
Each workstation is equipped with all the tools required to complete the operations assigned to that specific production phase.
The assembly equipment itself features a high level of technological integration and is regularly inspected and calibrated. The line includes torque-controlled screwdrivers, micro torque wrenches, dynamic screwdrivers, volumetric and gravimetric dispensers for resins and adhesives, computerized soldering stations, automatic labeling systems, as well as a wide range of measurement and inspection instruments, completing the assembly process.
