Designed to meet the needs of today and tomorrow   ERGON has countless areas of application: from the automotive and heavy vehicle industry to all those contexts requiring extremely powerful, reliable controllers capable even of handling needs which may not be foreseeable at the time. Many similar products on the market cannot be modified, considerably limiting their use or forcing users to find a replacement later at unwelcome additional expense. ERGON, on the other hand, can always be tailored to all operating conditions, whether they can be foreseen in the short term or not.    

Everything in Ergon is at its maximum ERGON represents the state of the art in PLC controllers, thanks to its qualities and range of features:

• Maximum versatility: no fewer than 32 inputs for a very high number of connections, enabling the acquisition of many parameters and exceptional flexibility in processing data and/or variables
• Maximum power: 8 x 5-Amp outputs, ideal for hydraulic valves or whenever a strong power supply is required
• Maximum graduality of action: 4 x PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) outputs that can be modulated for progressive control
• Maximum control: diagnostic measurement on all outputs, PWM and On/Off

ERGON uses LogicLab, an IEC 61131-3 development environment, the most commonly-used and best-known standard in the programming of industrial controllers

The 5 languages offered by the IEC 61131-3 standard are all in ERGON so every possible need can be managed in the most efficient way

ERGON has the exclusive advantage of being SAET: in case of need or particularly complex machines, we are always able to write the main program lines, leaving customizations or any subsequent updates to the customer.

Protected from everything. And installable anywhere.

ERGON uses a highly sturdy sealed aluminium casing fitted with an anti-condensation valve and internal operating temperature control. Its level of protection is IP67 certified (fully protected from dust, including fine particles, and waterproofed, even in the event of immersion). It is also fitted with a 112-pin Molex connector with 32, 48 and 32-pin modules and special brackets for application to any surface, even if curved or uneven.
