Mounting and assembly - S.A.E.T. Srl

From project to product: internal electronic mounting for total quality control.

FROM DESIGN TO PRODUCTION WITHOUT COMPORMISE

SAET complements its in-house design with a complete electronic assembly service, carried out in its own laboratories by experienced personnel. The integration of design and production ensures fast turnaround times, absolute reliability, and precise control over every stage of the process, from prototyping to small and medium series.

SMT Assembly

TOTAL CONTROL THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE.

In an era where assembly is often outsourced, SAET chooses to invest in in-house expertise and advanced technologies to offer a complete, accurate and fully controlled SMT mounting service. A dedicated department, managed by experienced technicians and equipped with state-of-the-art systems, allows us to monitor every stage of production, ensuring reliable results that are ready to evolve according to the client’s needs. The decision to integrate SMT assembly internally is driven by a clear vision: to take full responsibility for the process, from design to assembly, to ensure quality, traceability, and maximum flexibility. Thanks to our structure, we can efficiently tackle even small or prototype productions, offering fast turnaround times, meticulous attention, and total adaptability. A know-how that translates into tangible value: the certainty, for those who rely on SAET, of a partner capable of guaranteeing every single technical, functional and aesthetic detail of the finished product.

PTH ASSEMBLY

THE RELIABILITY OF THE TRADITIONAL, THE CONTROL OF THE MODERN.

In SAET, every design choice arises from a careful attention to the customer’s needs. For this reason, alongside the most advanced SMT assembly technologies, we maintain an active department specialized in PTH assembly, to ensure reliable solutions even where traditional components are required or where specific mechanical constraints exist. The entire PTH production process is managed internally: from order preparation, to the automatic or manual insertion of components, up to selective or double wave soldering and final testing. Thanks to modern lines and ESD benches equipped with multifunction digital Weller stations, we can ensure efficiency, precision, and complete traceability. In addition to ensuring proper operation, we protect circuits with tropicalization treatment (conformal coating) on an automatic line with a dedicated polymerization furnace, which preserves their durability and integrity even in critical environments. The result is a highly customizable, fast service that meets the highest quality standards.
