We can deliver control boxes of considerable complexity with the highest possible degree of automation. The advantage of automating an action which is usually manual is that it considerable increases process repeatability, and this enables fine-tuning of the process and a consequent improvement in the end product.
We have two control box assembly lines and a number of stand-alone stations, and can produce single boxes as well as repetitive, mass production boxes, streamlining costs and achieving the highest standards of quality.
When necessary we can propose solutions for components, and design the entire control box to regulation standards.
All the instrumentation required for testing and certifying our control boxes is available in-house, and our operators have the necessary expertise and training.
Each step in the assembly is carried out with precision thanks to the use, where necessary, of drivers with control of the torque, speed and time, leaving nothing to chance.
